Day 1 Work Out Done & Dusted

So after being ill for almost 8 weeks 4 of which were with an acute bronchial infection I finally got back to the gym last night with my training partner James and if felt good to be back not a huge workout or kcal burn but enough that I felt it today.

5 sets of 5 Bench Press - 70kg - 80kg - 80kg - 80kg - 100kg
5 Sets of 5 Inclined DB Row - 17.5kg

Assisted pull ups at 91k 3 sets of 10
Assisted Dips @ 50kg
Bicep Curls 3 sets of 10 at 30kg
Skull Crushers 3 sets of 10 at 57kg

so nice wee work out and enjoyed it with a kcal burn of 293kcal - was too scared about wheeziness to do any sort of finisher but next workout is Saturday and will amp it up then.

Let the transformation begin - Fighting Weight here I come #TEAMBOOM

  1. Good going Big Al :D But, remember to also FOCUS on your weaknesses to make yourself better! Split Squats, Lunges and NUTRITION (which some call 'Diet') are what I think should be your Goals over next couple of months for BEST Improvements :D
