So at 49 been in terrible shape for about 12 years now used to be a decent competative fighter and martial artist now has no cardio and over 300lbs in weight its gotta change

So went to squash today for the 1st time in 20 plus years with a good friend james mcalees did 45 minutes and burned a good 404kcal enjoyed it now need to use this momentum and move forward my issues has never been lack of training my battle has always been a shit diet , i will change
