So did my training session on Sunday which was murder , and had been super strict with myself all week no carbs and no cheese stepped on the scales and down 6.2 lbs was expecting more but will happily take that

Start of the Journey 17/04/2022
So been getting fatter and fatter , more unfit and unfit , even walking around the shops would make me sweat and be out of breath , bit the bullet and signed up to a PT and gonna try my hardest to sort this out I've done this to myself and I can undo it as well watch this space - all help and encouragement gratefully accepted - 1st upper body workout tonight you can also find my food tracker in myfitnesspal user name is caliurion feel free to look and comment away
