So after being ill for almost 8 weeks 4 of which were with an acute bronchial infection I finally got back to the gym last night with my training partner James and if felt good to be back not a huge workout or kcal burn but enough that I felt it today.
5 sets of 5 Bench Press - 70kg - 80kg - 80kg - 80kg - 100kg
5 Sets of 5 Inclined DB Row - 17.5kg
Assisted pull ups at 91k 3 sets of 10
Assisted Dips @ 50kg
Bicep Curls 3 sets of 10 at 30kg
Skull Crushers 3 sets of 10 at 57kg
so nice wee work out and enjoyed it with a kcal burn of 293kcal - was too scared about wheeziness to do any sort of finisher but next workout is Saturday and will amp it up then.

So deleted all the old blogs on this site - as I re-read them and I didn't half
talk a good game but never went through with it because I was self deluded about myself and where I was and what I was doing.
So my new starting weight is 288.lbs don't have the fat percentage yet but will get that for next time - I invested in the Skulpt Tool which will give me individual muscle group fat % and muscle quality - been training again with good Friend James McAlees who is a great help in keeping me motivated and also thanks to Kat Thomson for forcing my hand and getting my to commit back to Shorinj Kempo.
Will post some full stats and images next week as the starting benchmark.
This was me about a year ago with my Iron Brother Steve Rollin I had got down to low 240's but after that started a new job ate tons of crap and jumped up to 299lbs now back at 288 and determined to keep going the right way

Well uploaded the image that for me at least says it all this is me and a friend at the end of the 12k charity cross country run / assault course - i have always beleived that my raw power and determination would get me through anything - i did this Marie Curie whole hog and almost quit - but more disturbing than that was this image i knew i had put on weight but this was the wake up call - so this was a pretty good image for my starting shape and physique - so i am going to keep it as an emotional reminder not to give up and to change my shape and life.
